Welcome from Chief David B. Fulmer

On behalf of the 75 members of the Miami Township Division of Fire/EMS, I welcome you to our web site and thank you for taking the time to learn about our organization, our staff, and the services that we provide.

Since our inception in 1946 the Miami Township Division of Fire/EMS has evolved from that of a volunteer organization to its current state as a full service organization comprised of career and part-time personnel.  Rich in history and full of tradition, our staff members are dedicated to providing a wide range of services to a vary diverse area.

As an organization the Division values opportunities to build public and private partnerships that benefit the delivery of fire suppression, emergency medical care, fire prevention, and public education services to our residents, businesses, and visitors to our community.

The Miami Township Division of Fire/EMS values input from our customers, both internal and external.  We strive to meet the needs of a rapidly changing customer base and the evolving demographics of our community.
